![]() TEMPORARY SOLUTION - I pluggged my Korg Nanokontrol 2 directly to the iPad via usb to lightning adapter and mapped it into TouchOSC. So, command “/atem/audio/input/5 -60.0” won’t make the slider go all the way down. Also, all values added to the OSC command are ignored. REASON - OSCulator only sends OSC values ranging from 0 to 1. ISSUE 2 (Audio) - MIDI sliders only work in the range from 0 to 1db. They have the same osc command as the tie ones, but are set to react then the value opened #85 for this issue exclusively. TEMPORARY SOLUTION - I’ve created separate buttons for untieing background as well as usk's. REASON - USK tie when OSC value increases and untie when it decreases Also, /set-nextusk/ works exactly the same as /nextusk/ When I press the button again, it remains tied instead of turning off as it would be in case of DSK. ![]() ISSUE 1 - Upstream keyers can only be tied. Please note that it is written for my old switcher and has to be modified for newer models. If you want the OSCulator file for this, I can send it. The lights don’t change, but are still very useful. Colors of the frames above correspond with LED colors. I’ve also written feedback commands for the LEDS. My current workflow is: AKAI APC Mini > MacBook > OSCulator > atemOSC > ATEM 1 M/E Production Switcher.įirst important fact: ATEM SOFTWARE 7.4 DOES NOT WORK WITH 1 M/E PRODUCTION SWITCHER. It is pretty easy to set up TouchOSC, but OSCulator is a bit more tricky so I’m looking for some experts who also uses OSCulator and can teach me how to solve my issues. I confirmed that Audition does the bank change correctly (though it populates the Mini with the right 8 channels as it considers it a full MC control surface).Ģ0200905: Added BANK RIGHT and BANK LEFT commands to A, buttons 9-10ĬONTROL TYPE CHANNEL NO.I create this thread to address certain issues I’ve stumbled upon while configuring my stuff. The Mini transposes its notes up an octave, so I programmed it with A#1,B1 instead. Kyle with Behringer support kindly pointed out the Bank Left and Bank Right commands (A#2,B2). ![]() I recently purchased the X-Touch Extender. Set Audition and Premiere Pro to use Mackie Control (MC), but leave your device in MIDI mode. Manually enter these settings using X-Touch Editor. One challenge that I ran into was that Premier Pro (and presumably Audition) did not recognize many of the valid commands such as Solo, so I only had a few that I could map. I used a couple of Mackie Control/MIDI tables that I found online, and also used the MIDI Monitor window in Presonus Studio One to view the commands from the board while it was in MC mode. Apply the settings using the X-Touch Editor software (download from ). You'll want to copy this into a text editor so that the tabs will render correctly (or download the attached text file). In case it helps someone save time figuring it all out, here's my MIDI map for the Behringer X-Touch Mini.
